It’s Day 17 of Lockdown, in reality for us it’s actually been a month now as we removed ourselves from the foray due to me having a pain in the arse condition known as Asthma (emphasis on the arse part).

I felt like I went through the 5 stages of grief…

I was wobbly, I was on a roller coaster and every day felt like groundhog day.

Then, instead of pre-empting the day that was about to unfold - I attempted to just ‘be’.

Be in the moment
Be angry
Be pissed off
Be ok with it being wine time whenever
Be kind to yourself and others

Maybe this is all a bit of a reset, maybe if you buy into conspiracy theories, its 5G, Bill Gates or killer drones and the Hunger Games…

I don’t know about those things, but observing this current situation, the pace is slower, people are out walking (at a distance), the water looks clearer, the dogs are way happier.

Sure - I would love to go for a swim, see my friends, go for a skate, eat at a nice restaurant?

Right now - I can only ‘BE’.

Maybe we need to slow down a bit?

Maybe it’s a reset?
